I have seen firsthand how leaders perform under pressure, navigate high-stakes decision-making, and succeed or struggle based on patterns they have never had the space or taken the time to examine.

I combine my experiences with years of deep study and practice of mindfulness, somatic awareness, neuroscience, and contemplative traditions. The result became the ability to participate in a board conversation in the morning, do serious inner work with clients in the afternoon, and see all the interconnected threads in both worlds.
