Executive Guidance Is For…

Leaders Looking for More

The ambition that carried you to this level rarely switches off; it evolves. Not always toward the next title or the next role, but inward. Toward a deeper understanding of who you are, how you think, and what becomes possible when those things are examined. This work is for leaders who are ready to go further in.

Founders

The companies founder’s build are extensions of who they are, which means the work of building and the work of understanding oneself are not as separate as they appear. Founders should grow their self-awareness alongside their company, think more clearly through the decisions that define their direction, and develop in the leadership the role demands as the stakes get higher.

Executives in Transition

A new leadership role, a deliberate career move, selling a company, deciding what the next chapter should be. The leaders who navigate these moments best are the ones who think them through ahead of time with intention, and with a genuine willingness to examine their own motivations. This work creates the space to do that before the moment demands it.

Family-Owned Businesses

Family-owned business executives and owners face unique pressures and added dynamics around legacy, identity, and livelihood. Views vary across executives, board members, shareholders, and generations. The complexity can differ greatly, but the need for a genuinely confidential thought partner is the same. I bring expertise in this area given my direct work in family-owned business as a board member, owner, investor, and having worked on multiple transactions with family business owners and founders.
