We spend significant time and money training our bodies, but we don’t apply the same rigor to our minds.

This work is for executives and leaders looking for a confidential thought partner for honest reflection that does not fit anywhere else.

Why Orion III? Orion has anchored navigation for as long as people have looked up. The belt is the fixed point of the constellation, three stars in perfect alignment, orienting travelers moving through unfamiliar territory. Three stars. Three anchors: I) career II) relationships III) self.

This is all tied to the intention of this work: grounding in what anchors you while at the same time pushing your limits and orienting towards new vantage points.


APPROACH

Every engagement is tailored. There are no frameworks applied off the shelf. What follows is how most engagements are structured.


Selective by Design

I work with a maximum of ten clients at a time. This allows for depth, responsiveness, and the kind of attention that high-stakes leadership deserves. Coaching should not be a volume business, but a depth business.


Weekly Sessions

Engagements include weekly 50-minute sessions. For clients navigating active transactions or leadership transitions, ad-hoc support or specially designed projects are available as additive support.


Built for the Long Game

Meaningful change takes time. Engagements often span twelve months or more and move through foundational work, pattern recognition, reflection, and integration in distinct phases.
